Heswall Arts Festival is a two-week celebration, starting on Saturday 15 October through to Saturday 29th October, of a wide range of arts activities for the young and old to enjoy, and take place at various locations in and around Heswall. This years' Festival focuses on the community with many of the local artists, clubs and societies performing and displaying their work with the help of some of the local shops, cafes and restaurants providing exhibition space and also offering special promotions.
